Our athletes have consistently improved their performance through our training program. In just a few months, you can experience improvements in your swim, bike, and run. As well, we provide specific strength training instructions that are triathlete-specific, giving you the precision-based training that is efficient and effective.
An Individualized training program to meet your needs and goals. You get a monthly training program in 4 disciplines (swim, bike, run, and strength training), sports nutrition guidelines, Training Peaks Premium Account, and constant feedback and unlimited communication.
Current Coaching Prices:
$225 per month. Payment is month-to-month.
Optional: 1 on 1 coached runs/bikes/swims are at $70 an hour
